Northern Ireland and Western Balkans


CARE International NW Balkans has formed a partnership with YouthAction Northern Ireland to explore issues of conflict, masculinity and violence with young men.  CARE and two local partners from Croatia , Croatian Association for HIV and Croatian Youth Network participated in mini conference at YouthAction N.I attended by Croatian President Stipe Mesic, who was visiting Northern Ireland and Great Britain on an official visit. John Crownover, program advisor for CARE had a chance to share some recent research done on a regional level, including Croatia on masculinity and violence with young men and a recent anti trafficking documentary done in partnership with the Croatian Anti-Trafficking NGO Network PETRA and Croatian Government.
